Location: the hotel was close enough to Texas, and FOOD PLACES AND STORES. The breakfasts at the facility.

I checked in close to midnight and the night service was probably the best I have ever had for a non 5-star hotel. I really appreciated that.

There were climate control and TV in the room, appreciated that. It had a good location really close to Waffle House, good stores for food, gas and the hospitals. Furthermore, in downtown in the morning.

Great value for money with comfortable rooms and beds. Conveniently located within walking distance to food places and stores. Easy access to the highway for quick transportation to your desired destinations.

Customer service was lacking, with only a few friendly and helpful staff members. The bathroom had visible water damage on the ceiling, giving it an unpleasant appearance.

Our room was clean and decent, provided with the TV, the air conditioning.

The check-in agent was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests for three rooms together. The rooms were clean, and we noticed staff members actively maintaining the hotel. It was reassuring to see a security officer on site in the evenings. Plus, the hotel's location was convenient, with a Waffle House within walking distance.

There were some issues with the rooms. The AC in the first room wasn't working, but the staff quickly moved us.
